It is used to: select the parameters for measurement; select area, width or height on different parameters (for pulse processing, see Chapter 2.5.2) adjust the voltages on the PMTs; WebData analysis is the key to being able to unlock the power of flow cytometry. It allows you to see populations with the combinations of parameters that you define using Boolean logic. Plots visually display the data. Histograms (single parameter plots) and 2-parameter dot plots are the most commonly used types of plots.
