I do fistweaving in pve, and I perform really well with getting haste up to that point, but going too far over tends to give me mana issues, 20% just gives fistweaving a good, fluid feel.

Especially when you talent into Spirit of the Crane. No one is arguing that. Its more so unless you are overly geared for the content you are doing it can be a bit unreliable. Gating the legendary by a channel that requires you to cancel on top of the mana for the spell being upfront is ridiculous.
