Got to say was ruined a bit by some rather rowdy lads running havoc on new years eve high on drugs and arguing with staff. Reviewed January 2, 2015. Better than we anticipated. Just back from the New Year trip. In harbour Ijmuiden but Hogmany moved into harbour overlooking Amsterdam, for the fireworks displays. So couple of days in Amsterdam but back on the buses before 4pm each day.

The port is around 40 minutes from Amsterdam center travelling on the supplied bus.
