WebWell, for PvE it's good for sniping enemies if you have the patience and the souls to pay for all the arrows. It's a good way to make it easy. Can't really arrow bosses well though. You'll probably be dodging too often to get many hits in, and I don't think arrows do as much as melee weapons even if you do build for it.
